School may be out for fall break, but the fun doesn't have to stop!

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County are gearing up for a week of activities, field trips, and opportunities for kids to spend time with friends. And for working parents, it's one more option for keeping their children safe, active, and engaged while school is out.

We caught up with Rebeckah Hester, Chief Operating Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County, to hear what's planned for fall break and learn more about the opportunities the clubs provide for local kids throughout the year.

Fall Break Details

The clubs will open at 7:30 a.m., with breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack provided.

Special activities include trips to Fast Eddies World of Speed on Monday and 40 Bowl on Thursday, plus a Friday visit from PJ School of Cosmetology at the Jeffers Unit.

Annual membership is $15, with fall break programming available for $10 per day or $40 for the week.
