(Richmond, IN)--A 20-year-old Richmond man was taken into custody Monday and now faces two counts of rape. William Hubbard was taken into custody at his home on North 9th Street. Hubbard was jailed after what appears to be a sealed warrant was issued for his arrest. Details of the alleged rape have not been released. Hubbard was being held Tuesday morning on a $45,000 bond.
