(Cambridge City, IN)--Cambridge City police Wednesday arrested a man who they say was trying to take advantage of flood victims. He’s 63-year-old Bruce Miller. Miller allegedly came from his home in Spiceland to rummage through items residents had placed outside during flood clean-up. He was taken into custody late Wednesday afternoon and charged with two counts of theft.
