(Eaton, OH)--The man who admitted to killing his new girlfriend at a state-line truck stop because she wouldn’t stop talking was due back in court Monday morning.  Back in June, investigators say LaDavid Shaw killed his girlfriend at the Petro Truck Stop on U.S. 40 and then tried to cover the act by claiming she was killed in a crash on an entrance ramp to I-70.  Shaw has pled not guilty by reason of insanity.  A judge Monday morning will rule on whether or not Shaw is competent to stand trial.
