(Richmond, IN)--Next month will mark the 25-year point since the disappearance of Richmond’s Niqui McCown. Our news partners at WHIO-TV featured the case Monday night. In that feature, investigators said they would be taking a new look at the case. Here’s Detective Michael Wright: "We're going to comb through all the evidence that's there and see if there is anything that could be re-submitted, whether it's DNA, fingerprints...some of the stuff that we have gotten out of the car when it was recovered. We're going to go through that and see if technology is enhanced to the point where maybe that didn't work out 20 years ago may does provide some information." Kicks 96 and 101.7 The Point News will have more on where the case stands and how the family plans to observe the anniversary of Niqui’s disappearance coming up in the weeks ahead.
