(Richmond, IN)--Progress continues to be made on a new terminal building at the Richmond Municipal Airport. Here’s Council Member Jane Bumbalough Monday night: "We've received $1.4 million in grant award and are currently awaiting the second portion of grant funding to arrive. Once that funding is in place, we'll be able to move forward with construction." Also, runway improvements are slated to begin this month.
