(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Common Council meets Monday night with a couple of important items on the agenda.  One is a resolution that would provide up to $7.5 million from various sources to fund infrastructure improvements to the proposed Smith Hill development in the area of South 37^th and Backmeyer Road.  Also Monday night, the proposed rate increase for RP&L is on second reading.  That means public comment will be taken.  Monday night’ meeting gets underway at 7 o’clock.  As always, you can catch it live on WGTV.
