WAYNE COUNTY, Ind. – Girls Inc. of Wayne County will return to its home center Monday, Oct. 5, nearly seven months after storm damage forced the organization to move its after-school programs elsewhere.
The building was damaged during a March 11 storm and has since undergone repairs and renovations.
The organization will host an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, giving community members a chance to tour the updated facility.
CEO Tai Muldoon thanked the contractors, donors, volunteers, staff, families and community members who helped make the return possible.
