A Richmond man is facing felony charges after investigators say he fractured another inmate’s jaw inside the Wayne County Jail . Thirty?five?year?old Dorian Rayshawn Stroud is charged with aggravated battery, a Level 3 felony carrying up to 16 years in prison, and battery resulting in serious bodily injury, a Level 5 felony with a possible six?year sentence . The charges were filed Thursday in Wayne Superior Court 1 as the case continues to move forward.
